Unser altes Bauernhaus liegt im Herzen Schleswig-Holsteins, nah an der Wikinger Siedlung Haithabu und der Schleiregion. Vom Hofplatz aus gelangt man durch die große Diele direkt in die Küche. Die 80 m² große Wohnung ist für vier Personen gut ausgestattet und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Selker Noor - und das ist in jeder Jahreszeit etwas Besonderes. Die nahe Badestelle am Noor lädt nicht nur zum Baden ein, sondern auch zum Sonnenuntergang schauen oder zur Wanderung um die Noore...

Haus Theda

Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The place has very good amenities and many extras. You can dream in a box-spring bed with 180 x 200 cm, and in the bathroom you can decide whether you want to bathe comfortably in the 190 x 90 cm bathtub, with a rain shower or a small massage shower head. For a child or a 3rd person, there is also a guest room, which can also be used as a study. You can cook in the kitchen.

The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.

The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.
