Newly built cabin from 2022 in the middle of an eldorado of cross-country ski trails. The place is the most snowy in the area. Cross-country ski trails run here from November to late April. The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, loft living room, open living room-kitchen solution, (living room has high ceiling, large bathroom with infrared sauna, private toilet room, laundry room, hallway. Large terrace with exit from the living room. Kitchen is richly equipped with dishwasher. The cabin has a year-round road, the road goes all the way to the cabin wall. Parking space for 4 cars. Great view.

Cabin Damtjenna, Selbustrand 4 Bedrooms and attic

Relax with the whole family in this practical cabin. There are several hiking opportunities in the area. Swimming in Damtjenna (approx. 350 m), hike up to Gapahuken at Gjøversaltjenna (approx. 1.5 km road/trail) or top hike to Gjøversalen at 664 m above sea level (partly trail) In winter there are nice ski slopes right outside the cabin. (skisporet.no) The entire plot is fenced which makes it convenient with a dog. There is a toll road with automatic sign reading up to the cabin, but 1 car can be included in the rent if you send registration number in advance.

Welcome to our peaceful Kårstue in Selbu. The Kårstuen has its own exit and entrance in the back. It is located on the edge of the forest overlooking Selbusjøen and a short walk to the beach. Bird sanctuary area within walking distance and many nice hiking trails and marked bike trails in beautiful nature. Fishing opportunities nearby. Several ski slopes in the area and the nearest (with illuminated slope) approx. 5 min drive away. Grocery store, restaurant and cafe in Selbu city center, about 10 min away by car. Værnes 45 min. Trondheim 1 hour and 10 min.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Fine bademuligheter i elva. Ønskes det kortere turer, finnes det stier og fiskevann i nærheten. Hytta ligger skjermet, ca. 100 meter fra gården og har innlagt strøm men ikke innlagt vann. Sjarmerende tømmerhytte på pynten med nydelig utsikt! To soverom, hems og anneks gir god plass. Vedovn gir lun hyttekos :) Innlagt vann til dusj og matlaging (drikkevann finnes på dunker) Skiløype rett bak hytta, fiskevann ca 10 min fottur unna. Kano og nintendo switch tilgjengelig. Det er ikke wifi, men bra dekning for 4g og 5g. Meget gode solforhold - sommer som vinter. Kullgrill finnes på terrassen og bålpanne for hyggelige kvelder står ved utsikten.
