Welcome to Rondane National Park! The cabin is 2 km from Mysusæter, and 2 km from Spranget (the national park starts here). The cabin is located on top of Rondane mountain plateau with the possibility of both short and long walks. For example, you can walk up to the top Ranglarhø right behind the cabin and get a lovely view, walk down to Brudesløret, or you can walk or bike from the Leap into Rondvassbu and plan a top trip from there. Fully possible to take a summit trip as a day trip from our cabin and the possibility to rent a bike on the leap.

Water is taken from spring 100 m away in summer, or on Kiwi. In winter, water is collected in the convenience store, 5 min by car. Pleasant outdoor toilet. There are 3 fishing waters nearby. Nice log cabin above two levels, as centrally located on Høvringen as possible. The cabin is beautifully situated with great views on the edge of Rondane National Park. The area is a great starting point for all kinds of nature experiences. Summertime offers great hiking and cycling opportunities along marked trails. From the area there are access to ten peaks of over 2,000 m above sea level. Wintertime there are run-up runs just outside the property. Here there are countless cross-country opportunities for both big and small.

Cabin in a traditional way

Relax on a cabin getaway with your family and friends in peaceful space near Rondane. The cabin is 4 km from Rondablikk hotel. Here you have what you need to stay warm, cook good food and watch TV or surf online. There are 7 beds divided into 3 bedrooms. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and there is also a cozy dining area. There is running water, shower in the bathroom, and toilet at the outdoor shed. With a fire pit outside, it is made for outdoor fun, grilling sausages and hot toddy.
