The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Cozy cottage of 138 sqm with ample space for 4 adults and 4 children and up to 2 infants in a travel cot. The summerhouse is newly renovated. Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity 3.79 DKK per kwh. I reserve the right to increase the price, water 79 DKK per m3, the landlord reads at check in and out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check out.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, kælegrise, masser af høns, kaniner og frække katte og fra april kommer der små lam ude på marken. Have a fantastic holiday in this cozy summer house with lots of activities for both children and adults. The house is centrally located in a big vacation area with beautiful nature and ferries to other parts of Denmark. With only 700m to a fine sandy beach, via a small calm path-road, and 3 km to the city center with restaurants, café's, bars and shopping opportunities. At the big theme park "Sommerland Sjælland" only 7 km away you can spend a whole day with the kids.

Beautiful kitchen/living room with fantastic light, both due to skylights and large windows facing the terrace and garden. The kitchen has a cooking island, wood-burning stove and is in open connection with the dining area, which in turn is partially open to the living room. 2 rooms with large loft, large bathroom with both spa and shower as well as laundry room with washing facilities. There is 1000 m to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest shopping.
