Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre beau paradis de fleurs, notre havre de paix vous attend. Logement de 2 pièces , l'une lavabo et 2 lits très confortables que l'on rapproche pour couple , l'autre salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec 2 couchages dont lit gigogne qui fait canapé très confortable. Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

Welcome to Our Home.... We invite you to discover our 20 m2 outbuilding, which includes an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with integrated washing machine, a separate toilet and a double bed. Ideally located, 10 min walk to shops and Vaires-Torcy train station. Visit Paris (20 min by train via line P), Disneyland (20 min via A4), the Olympic nautical stadium which will host the 2024 Olympics (4 min by car) and the whole of Ile de France and make sure you enjoy it! Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

We welcome you to this beautiful, small, peaceful and fully renovated independent house. You will stay in peace in this 2-room duplex 2 steps from the magnificent ornithological nature reserve of Grand Voyeux. You will be 15 minutes from Meaux with its episcopal city and its museum of the Great War, 35 minutes from Disney, 50 from Paris, and for champagne lovers, 1 hour from Reims. We provide 2 bikes for beautiful rides along the banks of the Ourcq Canal.
