Charming cottage for this former seventeenth century windmill tastefully restored, built on a large fenced garden and decorated with a shaded terrace. In the building, you will find the entrance-kitchen on the ground floor (including, among other things, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, Senseo coffee machine). On the first floor, a nice living room (large screen TV and sofa bed), then a master bedroom on the second floor, with toilet and shower space.

Longhouse with all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay! Enclosed garden with swings and petanque court! The house is 20 minutes from Zoo Parc de Beauval, 5 minutes from Selles sur Cher (Thursday morning market and various shops including a cheese shop), 10 minutes from Château de Valençay, 35 minutes from Château de Cheverny and 15 minutes from the A85 motorway. House without air conditioning but it keeps it cool in summer!
