The house is about 45 square meters and consists of a bedroom with double bed (1.40 m) , a living room with dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m), from the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

The apartment with terrace is part of our residential building. Space is for about 4 person. There are a total of 2 rooms. The smaller space can accommodate 2 mattresses and is a walk-through room to the bathroom. The larger room has 2 more mattresses and a dining table. The apartment is not renovated and only offers an easy place to stay. Our house is located outside the village on a country road (without foot/bike path). By car, you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes.

On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
