Situated in a quiet location surrounded by greenery on the southern slope of Mount Etna, with a view of the large garden, this holiday home is ideal for couples or families. 3 people, or possibly with a child. The property has two bedrooms with single beds and a large bed in the living/bedroom, which also has a large window wall. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi and a smart TV. An inner courtyard with a fountain invites you to relax. The car can be parked directly in front of the house.

You will stay in a building dating from 1860, inside a Roman theatre, with a breathtaking view of the theatre from the balconies and windows of the house. The light will surprise you. The accommodation is located in the countryside of Santa Maria di Licodia 225 meters above sea level, surrounded by a 30,000 sqm citrus grove, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mount Etna and the nearby towns. in absolute tranquility, you can enjoy an outdoor space, exclusively for your use, furnished and equipped with a large barbecue. Recently renovated with traditional techniques and materials, it is 40 minutes from Etna, an hour from Syracuse and Taormina and half an hour from Catania.

Borgopetra - House of the Barone

The Casa del Barone is located inside the ancient Baglio di Borgopetra, built in the 1700s, lovingly restored in the 2000s and since then open to hospitality. Inside the property there are 3 other apartments of different sizes, all tastefully furnished, with family furniture and souvenirs from around the world, arranged around the internal courtyard. The windows of the houses overlook the vegetable garden and the garden, with cascades of geraniums, jasmine, century-old oleanders and the orchard.

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline

The magnificent trompe-l'oeil frescoed hall and the historic Italian garden are remarkable. A cleaning service and a gardener's maintenance service will be available for the duration of the stay. The housekeepers will carry out their duties for about a couple of hours quietly and discreetly, respecting the privacy and rest of the guests.
