The property has two bedrooms with single beds and a large bed in the living/bedroom, which also has a large window wall. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi and a smart TV. An inner courtyard with a fountain invites you to relax. The car can be parked directly in front of the house.

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline
