It is a guest house located within the plot where the owners' house is. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Inside the house you CANNOT smoke and pets are NOT accepted without previously consulting with the owners

You can enjoy inside the house with a fireplace and with two living rooms with lots of peace and tranquility. Just 43 km from Madrid. In winter you will be very comfortable with the heating and fireplace. In summer you have the house very cool, especially in the basement living room.
