In our apartment near the Harz Gate Seesen, absolute tranquility and good proximity to nature await you. Sitting in front of the fireplace on cold winter evenings or listening to the crickets on the large covered terrace on mild summer evenings is no problem at all. Come by, switch off and enjoy! "Berg-Budse" Charming Harzhaus in Wildemann

In Wildemann, the "Little Tyrol" of the Harz, this charming Harz house from 1899 is located directly on idyllic hiking trails. Located on the slope and near the forest, it was extensively renovated after we bought it in 2021/2022. The "19-Lachter-Stollen" attraction is a few steps away, and there are many shops and restaurants in neighboring Clausthal-Zellerfeld. From the point of view of sustainability, our "Berg-Budse" is lovingly furnished with a mix of old and new things.

Bis auf den stählernen Mantel besteht nahezu der gesamte Wandaufbau aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, wie zB Holz, Jute und Hanf. Der sichtbare Lehmputz sorgt für eine einzigartige Optik und angenehmes Raumklima.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

And as a special highlight, a heated hot tub is available. Immerse yourself and let your soul wander while you gaze into untouched nature. Our outdoor shower with views of the surrounding forest provides a refreshing outdoor shower experience.

Das 120 m² große Erdgeschoss bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste (inkl. Handtücher und frisch bezogene Betten) und ist ideal für Familien oder Freunde , die ein entspanntes Umfeld suchen. Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.
