A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Centrally and quietly located 36m² apartment in Seefeld. Equipped with everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, USB sockets, a handmade Swiss stone pine bed and access to communal areas such as the ski room and garden. Nearby you will find supermarkets, cross-country ski trails and the Olympic swimming pool.

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Casa Alegría - the green house

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €5/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Small but nice, top-renovated apartment in the heart of Seefeld to rent. The apartment consists of a 25 sqm living-bedroom. In the kitchen there is everything to prepare small delicacies. 2 hotplates, microwave with baking function, toaster, Coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules free) and coffee maker French press, kettle ......... The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the mountains.

This lovingly renovated old-building apartment offers an unforgettable, unobstructed mountain view from its south-facing balcony—with the Alpspitze, Waxensteine and Zugspitze right before your eyes. Hiking and cycling routes, as well as ski resorts, start right on the doorstep, and Lake Eibsee can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus stop approx. 200 m away. In bad weather: large smart TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. I’m sure you’ll love my home country.
