Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in 10 Minuten erreichst Du das große Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn). Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

The 55m2 apartment is modernly decorated and has floor heating. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house. It has a separate access via a narrow staircase. The apartment is ideal for singles, couples or a family with toddler.

Wollt ihr bei uns vor Anker gehn, könnt ihr in die Ferne sehn, im Obergeschoß ist euer Heim und 2 Personen passen dort rein. Das Apartment wurde 2017 neugebaut und befindet sich in Hamburg`s grüner Lunge den Vier- und Marschlanden. Das ca 30 qm große Apartment ist vollständig eingerichet und hat alles was man braucht, sowie einem eigenen Parkplatz auf unserem Hof und ein lauschige Gartenecke mit Möglichkeit zum Grillen und Verweilen steht zur Verfügung .

Quiet newly renovated non-smoking apartment near the Vier- und Marschlande. 2 min. walk to the bus stop, from there connection to the S-Bahn to the HH city center, which can be reached in about 30 minutes. From the living room, you can access the covered terrace. Bakeries and shopping are in the vicinity. Restaurants, cafes and bars are easily accessible by bus in Bergedorf. There is a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, sheets and towels at your disposal.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Living in the fruit farm! The old hayloft was expanded in 2024 with new apartments. Between the Elbe and orchards, the large farmhouse of the family business stands directly on the dyke - since 1896. In the course of an all-round renovation, holiday apartments were also newly built, where you can spend relaxing days! The rental is a branch of our family business and therefore taxable.

We live in a wonderfully idyllic thatched roof in Vossmoor, which is part of the Borghorster Elbwiesen nature reserve, not far from the Elbe. From here, you can explore the Elbe by bike, follow the historic marsh railway embankment or relax in the adjacent Vossmoor Bad (Altengamme summer pool). The Borghorst Elbwiesen attract explorers to the Bunkerwald.
