A well equipped kitchen, a great shower room and flushing toilet, a woodburner, a large deck where you can eat alfresco or enjoy your own private hot tub.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Hogs Back Brewery is just up the road from our cottage. The tour of the brewery is a must for all beer lovers! Farnham and Guildford are within easy reach by car. You can be in central London within the hour by train. Ideal for business travellers, visiting relatives or attending a wedding.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Meadow Cottage Barn is a sympathetically restored 17th century self-contained studio barn situated next to the main house in Milford & adjacent to beautiful National Trust land & has off street parking. The accommodation comprises a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, kitchen, dining area & bathroom with shower. It opens into its own garden space & has an outdoor eating area. The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊
