The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Thermal Baths, in the direction of Karpacz. A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - you are welcome. :)

Brand new modern apartment is located in a beautiful environment and quiet location of the Giant Mountains. Walking distance from the center of Pec pod Sněžkou is about 15 minutes. The place of stay is located directly on the main hiking trail. The private parking area is right next to the property. A ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. A cozy studio apartment (19m2), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.
