The accommodation is located in a quiet area close to nature, ideal for unwinding. The bright, cosy studio (one room of approx. 30 m²) with its own bathroom and private entrance is at your sole disposal. It is located on the 1st basement level, with narrow windows and no view. The studio is equipped with a 55-inch TV, a large fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery, etc., and a large table for eating or working. Cooking is not possible.

Our accommodation is bordered by a nature reserve. Urban train and supermarket are reachable by foot in 15 minutes, in 17 minutes one can reach with the urban train Zürich City, and in about 30 minutes the airport Zurich. You have a beautiful view of the Greifensee, the surrounding reed belt and the mountains behind it. From the house you can observe birds as well as sometimes deer. It is rented to private persons only and not to companies.

Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.
