For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Enjoy the open living-dining area with high quality kitchen (induction stove, gaggenau ovens), 2 bathrooms (double shower, large tub) and a large garden with grill, smoker, trampoline and hammock. Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!
