The apartment is set on one level and combines a bright living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The balcony is a lovely spot for morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast or a quiet evening after a long day. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine with a small starter set. Free Wi-Fi, self check-in via key box, good parking options, a freely available garage subject to availability and access to laundry facilities in the building on request make your stay easy and comfortable. Ideal for couples, small families, business travellers, family visits or longer stays in Ahaus. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
