(8-20 people) This detached mansion, dating from 1935, is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking available. You rent the entire upper flat and part of the lower flat, including your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not located in a vacation park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018, it was completely renovated and furnished with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing is that it is in the middle of the trees. All the freedom on our own 1100m2 property! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Directly on the forest and many hiking trails in the area. Also a swimming pool around the corner. We have beautifully furnished our cottage with care and equipped it with every comfort. A kitchen with all appliances; dishwasher, combi oven and coffee machine. Outside, lovely furniture to fully enjoy nature, the garden is completely fenced with greenery, and you can hear the birds chirping all day long. There is good WiFi available, so also a great base for a workation (work vacation).
