The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Die Wohnung wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Man erreicht sie durch einen eigenen Eingang im grünen Hinterhof des Hauses. In 13 Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Kiellinie und in 5 Minuten im Zentrum der belebten Holtenauer Straße. Parken rundum das Haus ist meist problemlos. Ansonsten gibt es auf der Holtenauer Straße fußläufig entfernt ein Parkhaus. Bäckereien, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Drogerien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mittendrin, tatsächlich.

Delicious rolls are available nearby at REWE. REWE is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right by the house. And the best part... the beach and Olympia harbor are close by. ...just move in and feel at ease right away.
