The race track of (Spa) Francorchamps is only 20 minutes away, and the lake of Bütgenbach is also only 25 minutes away. The property is located 15 min from Malmedy. Private on-site parking and free WiFi are available. The cottage has 4 sleeping possibilities, a flat-screen satellite TV (French - Flemish - German channels) and an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer and a hob. For added comfort, the property offers towels and bed linen at an extra cost. The cottage has a separate garage for up to 4 motorcycles. There is a small garden with a barbecue in the property. The spa is 47 km away and Houffalize is 41 km away. The nearest airport is Liège Airport, 92 km from the property.

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
