Ca. 40km entfernt befindet sich Cuxhaven - hier kann man am Sandstrand verweilen oder über die Strandmeile schlendern. Ab jetzt können vor Ort auch Fahrräder gemietet werden. Für E-Bikes ist auch eine Garage vorhanden.
