The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

The apartment is on the 1st floor. The house does not have an elevator! The location is a wonderful starting point for numerous hiking and cycling routes. Our apartment, built in 2024, is located in an absolutely quiet outskirts of the beautiful Bundesgolddorf Ottenhausen, just a few kilometers from the main town of Steinheim with all the important shops. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, a romantic bedroom with box spring beds, a shower room and a large balcony.
