The studio is located in historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by river and offers beautiful views of Danube. Shops cafés and restaurants in the historic city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. The apartment is located in the Mostviertel, Lower Austria in a settlement on the outskirts on a slope with beautiful valley-side views and forest or Alpine meadow at the back. Of particular note are our castle ruins, which are used as an event stage in the summer months. We are located right in the middle of the Mostviertel - the ideal starting point for many excursions. Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.
