The apartment also has a new 22 m² roof terrace/sun terrace with 1 table & 4 chairs as well as an idyllic view of the countryside. The house is situated in rural and quiet surroundings - time to switch off & enjoy!

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and was last renovated in 2024 (since Airbnb). It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table to work, play, etc., and storage. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen are foldable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can be cooked and baked. There is 1 bathroom with bath and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
