New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The 'De Noot' studio is fully equipped, tastefully furnished and luxuriously appointed, and is located on the ground floor of a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of the town. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. Two bicycles are available for guests. Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is free. There's a large green garden with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a cockerel, sheep, and a friendly dog (stable).
