Delightful single house, airy and bright, 90 meters from the sea of the bay "Aeolian cave" in the piscità area . Two rooms larger well-equipped kitchen with loft. Two gardens, both with large views of the volcano: in the front garden trees ( palm, mulberry, magnolia, lemon and cedar) and lawn well-kept with hammocks and deck chairs, rear garden with views of the volcano and sunset . Furnished with taste and simplicity.
