This perfectly located place is a 2-step walk from the hyper center and a 5-minute walk from the train station, offering easy access to everything. A tram stop is 30 m from the building, ideal for getting around or joining the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. You can park your vehicle in a free public space in the surrounding streets or in a paid space in front of the building.

Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from Le Mans city center, 10 min from the 24h circuit and 5 min from the European Cheval Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outside thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is common with my house (doomed access when it is rented).

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
