At Ismama - quiet and air-conditioned

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in living room). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen essentials. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the neighborhood and will be available if needed.

The apartment is on 3 floors with the living room and kitchen on the 1st, the bedroom on the 2nd with the bathroom and a terrace on the 3rd with an unobstructed view of the rooftops and Saint Pierre Cathedral. We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Possibility of concierge, cleaning.
