The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

The dome is 23 square metres with a window in the ceiling and in the front and it is located on a terrace on two levels with seating and a fire pit. Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur.
