Large house centrally located in Sauda with amazing views!

Large older brick house with 5 bedrooms and stunning views out to Saudafjorden. It is about 450m to grocery and downtown. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Svandalen ski center, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. All you have to bring are bed linens and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games like badmington, frisbee and horseshoe and an electric bike for you to use.

Short distances to mountain hikes, fjords, swimming spots and Sauda center. Large plot to play on. Two bicycles at your disposal . Terrace with dining area, deck chairs, cushions and sunbed. My home, for rent a few days a year. The beds are made and included in the price. There are clean towels on the beds. Here you don't have to pay a cleaning fee, please leave the place as you found it. Go hiking to Brekkeheia, Rondehaugen, Varen, or Lillebekk, find your hiking boots and walk from the house.

Along the national tourist road is beautiful Hellandsbygd not far from Sauda. From Sauda follow Highway 520 towards Røldal. Hellandsbygdveien 688. From Røldal follow rv 520 towards Sauda. The road from Røldal to Sauda is winter closed from about November to May. Here you get beautiful nature just outside the doors in summer and winter time. Short distance to ski slopes and beautiful Sauda center with shops, restaurants, cinema and heated outdoor swimming facility.

Relax with your whole family or friends in the beautiful accommodation. The cabin by the fjord with three bedrooms and 5 beds. There is one double bed and two bunk beds. From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Saudafjord. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, combined living room and kitchen with full equipment and dishwasher, TV, internet, comforter and pillows. Bed linen can be ordered for NOK 120,- per person.

Welcome to our holiday home with a great location by the sea. The boathouse is equipped with outdoor furniture and two canoes, and can be used as a barbecue area. The boathouse doors can be opened to the sea without interference from others. Please note: Parties and larger gatherings are not permitted.
