The bedroom looks over the canal that leads to Dunns creek and just minutes to the St Johns river. You will have all of the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, thick mattress and plenty of leisure space. You can grill out while the fire pit is glowing close to the water.

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
