400 m from the sandy beach, on the ocean side, the apartment on the first floor of the house (dead-end driveway) includes a living room with fitted kitchen, balcony, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and separate toilet. Access through the entrance is reserved for you, the basement can be used to store bikes, etc . In the summer, bar at 600 m, Bourg de Sarzeau 2 km away, many markets.
