Charming quiet cottage in the middle of the Auvergne volcanoes in the village of Champagnac. It has a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200m from the property and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is a former mining city that is close to several lakes for swimming in the summer (car) and several hiking trails.
