Access to private toilet, outdoor shower, BBQ, outdoor fireplace & outdoor kitchen. The cabin is located right next to Haugetjern Nature Reserve and Ytre Hvaler National Park. From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and cycling. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bicycle. Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The house is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and a porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

Outdoor kitchen for grilling and cooking outside as well. We have a Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. Several parking spaces in the shared parking lot just across the road. 10 minutes drive to several grocery stores, Cafe and thrift store.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

Hytteidyll 35 min fra Oslo, ved innsjøen Mjær. Koselig hytte med fantastisk beliggenhet med privat sandstrand, flytebrygge, båt med elmotor og kano. Hytta har Wifi på 5G. Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor og kano. Det er en landgrunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. Noen meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Annekset vårt ligger kant i kant med vakker natur. 45 min fra Oslo. Her kan du gå ut i skogen og få utsikt over Oslofjorden på to minutt. Dette er et unikt sted til å skape nye minner som ligger i en privat og skjermet bakgård. Dette er en eiendom vi benytter som feriested og ønsker å dele dette med andre. Eiendommen ligger midt i Halden sentrum med umiddelbar nærhet til ALT. Rengjøringsgebyret som er obligatorisk, er oppredde senger når dere kommer i tillegg til håndklær. Dere forlater huset som dere fant det. Fra 1 juli til 31 juli er det kun utleie på 5 netter eller mer
