Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Nice apartment. 3 minutes from train station with connection to Oslo and Gothenburg. Short way to the city center, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or city center. Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
