"Foremannshuset" on Furuholmen

Furuholmen was once one of Glomma's largest lumber cream plants, with over 450 employees. Now you can rent the "Chairman's House" and enjoy a weekend or whole week in an idyllic setting. Peace of mind and calm in the system is almost guaranteed. The house is about 140 sq.m. living area and just over 210 sq.m. if you count the basement. Nyoppusset hus i 2025 på bondegård med sjøutsikt. Meget rolig og barnevennlig innerst i blindvei uten biltrafikk. Turstier i skogen- og langs sjøen rett på utsiden av døren. Muligheter for sjøfiske 3 soverom, hems og 10 sengeplasser. Stor, privat terrasse, privat hage og gratis parkering. Åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning, WIFI. Vaskemaskin Kort vei til Revebukta badestrand. 10-15 minutt med bil til badestrender som Høysand og Feriehjemmet. 20 minutter med bil til Gamlebyen i Fredrikstad og Svinesund

House with charm and rural idyll

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

House in Varteig

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Fresh air, good nature just outside the door, dream garden and open living rooms both inside and outside. Take a breath of the hill in our house on the blueberry peak in Varteig. Varteig has many great hiking trails to offer, swimming at Glomma (within walking distance), berry picking, proximity to Rudskogen and central road to both Rakkestad, Sarpsborg city center and Sweden (both Nordby and Töcksfors).

Historisk byvilla

På dette stedet kan familien din bo i nærheten av alt, beliggenheten er sentral i Sarpsborg med to minutters gange til gågata i sentrum. Huset ligger skjermet og fredelig, uten sjenerende trafikkstøy. Benytt deg av den flott opparbeidede hagen med steinbenker og hagebord og egen grill. På høsten kan du plukke epler av de tre store epletrærne - helt gratis selvfølgelig! Huset er nyoppusset i 2023, og består av 3 etasjer. Velkommen til Sarpsborg! :)

Cozy seaside home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Huset ligger ved idylliske Skjærviken i Fredrikstad, med nærhet til sjø og byliv. Buss går sentralt like ved huset og svenske grensen er en liten kjøre tur unna. Vispen ligger rett ved, en populær badestrand med kiosk, utleie av kano/kajakk og diverse. Det er sjøutsikt med veranda og hyggelige naboer rundt huset. Stor plen og hage for et slag kubbspill.

“We rent our own home and therefore expect those who rent to take care of the house as if it was theirs” The house is located in a very quiet family area. It is next to school, shops and transportation. You are only 10 minutes from the city. Close to the house you have many good hiking areas. The house is also dog friendly. You can safely leave the dog out in the garden. The yard is surrounded with fence.

From this place in a perfect location you have easy access to everything. The house is located in the city center with bus stop just outside, 5 minutes walk to train station and 15 minutes walk to Sarpsborg bus terminal. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the pedestrian street and there is a playground just across the road. The house is located about 5 minutes drive away from E6. Welcome! 😊
