Farm-like villa near the sea!

Fantastically charming house dating from the 19th century. Three separate lofts, wood stove, secluded ceiling beams, large window sections and hefty ceiling height intertwined with rural style in kitchen and the older part of the house. Lovely deck surrounded by flowers and bushes in the summer. It is within walking distance to the sea and swimming, nature, park and cafes. At the same time it is only 20 minutes by car to central Gothenburg and about half an hour by bus. The house is also fine to share and live two families together. Welcome!

Nice accommodation close to lake, nature and Gothenburg

The property is located in a quiet street close to the lake. Here you live a quiet and scenic life with Gothenburg in close quarters. To Gothenburg you can go by car or bus in 20 min. Hpl Liseberg. From Liseberg you reach Rondo, Scandinavium and Ullevi within 5-10 minute walking distance. Running tracks, hiking trails, and swimming can be found 200 m from the house. Golf and large shopping center within 5 minutes. The home is suited for the family, couples or friends. Lockbox for electric car is available (extra charge applies).

Welcome to our house in Vallda Sandö! Here you are close to nature and the sea and you can relax and enjoy the summer with family and friends. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons and on the property there is plenty of space for play and games, and there is also a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the views. Sandö is a great place to visit during the summer with plenty of activities such as swimming, fishing, hiking and golfing. Examples of golf within 10min: Vallda GCC, Kungsbacka GK and Forsgården.

Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it is 20 min to Gbg. Sup and rowboat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

House from the 20th century with modern and stylish interior. Close to communication and bathing. Parking with space for three cars. All practical as you can imagine. 170 sq.m. that are cleverly utilized. Stylishly decorated that gives a snug feel. Sea view and close to nature with nice paths among rocks and playgrounds for children. Garden that allows playing and barbecuing with associated patios and balcony. An open fireplace that provides warmth and tranquility during colder periods, perfect for relaxing.
