A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Seaside idyll

Beautifully located seaside house with close proximity to salty bathing, cliffs and beaches. Here you can enjoy the presence of the sea almost untouched. The house offers several nice patios and a spacious garden. With its generous 250 sqm, the accommodation offers plenty of room for the family. Our two cats are part of the family and are fed every other day. They are independent and take care of themselves using a cat flap.
