This home is fully remodeled, fully furnished, sleeps 8. We have 1 king size bed in the master, second bedroom is queen bed, 3rd bedroom is 1 full and 1 twin beds. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 1 mile to Siesta Key. Built in the 50's but totally renovated to today standard's. Heated swimming pool, but if the water gets to hot the heater will also cool the pool. Very close to shopping. Large deck with view to tropical garden and waterfall. Gas fire pit with built in seating. Small putting green and Corn-hole game are available for your use. 5 TV's with wi-fi. A Gazebo with plenty of sitting area.

Great location to the word famous top-rated beaches -Siesta and Lido Key. UTC mall, restaurants, great shopping, golfing, Jungle Garden, aquarium, The John and Marble Museum of art and much more. The pool can be heated on request 72 hours notice is required and a pool heating fee of $35 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check in.
