The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Bakery, market, fishmonger and Mexican restaurant about 3-8 minutes walk from the place. Suitable place for both Surfing, fishing, and resting. The apartment is also ideal for those who want to be close to the Surfing championship. At night you can hear the sound of the sea in the apartment.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.
