The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.

Our apartment is in the heart of the city, at the foot of the Nossa Senhora de Nazareth Parish. Ideal for groups, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a dining table, as well as a balcony with a sea breeze. The location is excellent: close to the bus station, markets, restaurants, tourist spots and all the conveniences that the center offers.
