The farm is in a closed condominium. Closed in São Roque, just 50 minutes from SP and 1 km from Catarina Outlet. The area features: barbecue, swimming pool, court, soccer field, oven and wood-burning fireplace, bar, Wi-Fi, TV, brewery and more. The house has 4 bedrooms (15 people in beds), 2 indoor bathrooms and 2 outdoor bathrooms. Small events upon request (extra costs) The place is surrounded by greenery, is super safe and has been in our family for 40 years! We would be more than happy to host you, your family and friends!

Located 5 minutes from Vinícola Góes, Cantina da Tia Lina and Dream Car, 10 minutes from Vila Don Patto and Quinta do Olivardo and 15 minutes from downtown São Roque. There are 10 identical duplex chalets in structure, changing only a few details in the decor, all equally beautiful.

It's a small (50m²) and simple house, but it has everything you need. The house has an en-suite and a living room attached to a kitchen. In front, we have a balcony with a hammock and 1 washing machine. It is located inside a farm where we live and where there is also another new and larger house listed on the platform (a piece of paradise 2). Very close to the wine route. When the two houses are booked, the pool must be shared, with 2 islands of tables and chairs, one on each side
