The house has a fully equipped grill, 65'' 4K smart TV, Wi-Fi, 100% equipped kitchen and parking for 2 cars. The private neighborhood has a swimming pool for children and adults with an incredible view, a games room, a dry and wet sauna, a soccer field and 24-hour security. Located just 100 meters from the main avenue.

Wooden chalet 520 yards away from the beach and 500 yards away from the commerce. The Lodge is a simple accommodation, but with great location. Near markets, bars, restaurants. Praia do Forte is just 8 minutes' walk away, as well as the hippie fair and the water park. The city center and the city bus station are also close to the property. The cottages are within a shared plot with 4 cottages and a main house. They are suites with furnished balcony with a double bed, minibar, fan. The bathroom is electric shower. Internal parking.
