spacious house steps to the beach

beautiful and spacious house steps from the beach , nice and large garden plus pool, tranquility, parking for 5 cars, very quiet street. Kitchen equipped with separate freezer and dishwasher. Beach walks, walking along the waterfront , drinking coffee on the Sunday. Eat seafood , barbecue , rest. Children's playground. I can't provide towels Pool will have a gate. There is Directv only on the main piece. There are two Directv prepaid boxes that are charged per day at the supermarket

New house, very practical and comfortable. With many different spaces and an incredible view of the sea and the mouth of the river. Distributed in 3 floors (first floor, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room), 2 floors (living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), 3 floors (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). It has a central pool and heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees so it may have some leaves so it may have some leaves.

Our modern and nicely decorated apartment has a very edgy look yet a warm and cosy feeling. In front of the best beach in Algarrobo with a beautiful emerald color, a small conifer forest and white sands. Walking distance from a grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. only 40 minutes to Beautiful and World Heritage Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Only 15 minutes to the House-museum of Pablo Neruda. 30 Minutes to the closest Winery or Vineyards.
