Set in peaceful nature, we are located just 3 minutes walk from the lake where you can swim, paddleboard and kayak. There are beautiful hikes right from the doorstep. The historic town of Marvão is 15 minutes by car and the Roman ruins of Ammaia are just 5 minutes away.

Casa da Silveirinha - Excellent Location

Perched atop a towering cliff, the medieval village of Marvão offers visitors a breathtaking landscape. Entering the village through the Ródão Gates and looking to the right, the visitor comes across Casa da Silveirinha. Framed, on one side, by the cliffs that lead to the Castle and, on the other, by the immensity of the surrounding landscape, the House provides those who rest in it with the feeling of going back in time and becoming the guardian of the entrance to the village.

Mamede sierra natural Park , next to small village of Escusa, in a lovely valley between the must-see villages of Castelo de Vide and Marvão. Modern lodge in a week-end farm. Resting, walking, reading, sun, shade, having a bath. Breathing fresh air and sleeping better. Also great for remote work. Possible laundry service.

Casa das Pedras is the starting point for paths that explore the history and charms of Northern Alentejo. Located in the Serra de São Mamede National Park, it is just a few minutes from Marvão and Castelo de Vide. Casa das Pedras is over 200 years old and was restored by us. It is a Quinta where you can relax under 100 olive trees, cork oaks and fruit trees. It can accommodate 6 people with all the comfort of country life. Let yourself be absorbed by this environment.

Bird's House

Fully equipped rustic house, located in an extremely quiet place in the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park. Here you can enjoy Nature in its fullest form, catching up on your reading or simply relaxing by listening only to the sounds of Nature. There is no telephone network in the house, which makes the stay more special, but it does have Wi-Fi. Ideal for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and city stress. Great place for nature walks and hikes.

Located in Portagem, at the foot of the Marvão mountain range, it is a 3-minute walk from the local pools and a 10 minute drive from the castle. Surrounded by typical restaurants and serene landscapes, it is the ideal base for exploring the region, savouring the local cuisine and resting in a calm and authentic atmosphere.

Monte das Cascatas, natural surroundings

Cozy country house, set in a serene and natural mount Alentejo with about 4 hectares. In the heart of the Serra de S.Mamede Natural Park, it is surrounded by a wide variety of native flora, such as Cork Oaks, Olives, Oaks or fruit trees. Crossed by the Sever River and a stream that invites refreshing baths for its numerous waterfalls. It also has two real natural pools, old irrigation tanks reused.

Quinta das Sesmarias

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

The Haystack

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
