Bonito apartamento en el Mar Menor en Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar), céntrico , a 150mtrs de la Playa de La Curva, (la mejor playa de la zona) con todos los servicios y los mejores restaurantes en un radio de 500 mtrs. El apartamento consta de un amplio dormitorio, baño y un amplio salón-cocina con todos los electrodomésticos. Zona estratégicamente situada para no tener que coger el coche y poder ir andando a todos los sitios. Se aplicara un recargo de 30€ por entrar a partir de las 22:00h

An apartment with an area of 120 m2, located 2 minutes walk from the beach. Very bright , overlooking the sea, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. A small balcony and a 120m2 patio/solarium with loungers, a barbecue, and a sea view where you can spend an evening grilling with your family and relax after a hot day. The apartment is equipped and furnished. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. A great place to spend your vacation with children or do water sports.

A penthouse in lovely Santiago de la Ribera with a large private terrace. Located only 150 m from the beach. 30 min from Murcia airport, 45 min from Alicante airport. Two bedrooms, two beds in each. The living room has a sofa bed (140×200), Smart-TV and a dinner table. All areas have air conditioning. There is free fast WIFI 600/600. The terrace is 55 square meters and there you will find a pergola, gas barbecue, an outside table, two sunbeds and a shower.
