The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people in a suite and a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the big room we have two sofas where two more people can sleep. From it stands out a beautiful view composed of the lake that is at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at guests' disposal.

Our chalets are on a plot of more than 10,000m², surrounded and safe, with exclusive access to the seasonal lagoon of Lapinha, and in front of a permanent preservation area. As a courtesy, Brudden kayaks are available 24h for guests. The common area offers beach tennis court, shower, fire pit, nets and a deck overlooking the Serra do Espinhaço. We are 1.5 km from the church square, close to the main local bars and restaurants
