UPDATE 2025: The apartment was completely renewed this year, with new air conditioning, beds and bathrooms, soundproof windows and other comforts, still preserving the UNESCO legacy and its unique and charming ambient. The apartment (120m²) is located in a XVIII century building, just next to the cathedral and close to the sea. It offers an amazing view of Cefalù and an incomparable position. 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge living and dining room, a living kitchen and a private laundry.

Saponara Case

Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday home Case Saponara is located in Cefalù. The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt in the area, characterised by pebbles and shingle. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this may change depending on storm surges). In short, a real home by the sea!!!
