10 minutes from the beaches. Quality location that will seduce you with its dominant position offering a magnificent view of the valley, sea and village. Charming 50 m2 villa, air-conditioned to make your stay more comfortable, you will fully enjoy the terrace, you will be seduced by the sunset, the lovely unheated private pool of 250x350x130. We rent our family home, located in the quiet and residential environment of the prestigious Marine de Davia, near Ile Rousse and Calvi. The house offers a panoramic sea view facing the sunset and is located 150 meters from the beach. In the Marine, two other beaches and tennis courts are within walking distance. Renovated in 2023, our house offers 5 bedrooms for about 10 beds, and a pleasant outdoor with a heated pool (from April until mid October).

Very nice 100 m2 villa for 6 people, with sea view and small flowery garden. Including a shared pool. The entrance is independent, Three large terraces with garden furniture, sunbathing and BBQ. Close to beautiful beaches, in the evening you will enjoy relaxing after a busy day and an aperitif while watching the sunset. Close to all shops, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
