Y a 10 minutos andando del puerto marítimo. Cuatro habitaciones (dos dobles) y dos baños. Parking.

The nearest is only at 50 m and the Varadero beach at 150 m. This top floor apartment completely renovated, is at the 1st floor of a condominium of 4 flats with no lift.

It is located a 10-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from Avenida Jesús Astondoa and the port of Santa Pola (the area with the most leisure activities in summer and where boats dock to go to the island of Tabarca). The apartment is also very close to the bus station, a supermarket, the street market, the Health Center, and other services. Downtown is just a 13-minute walk away.
